DELIVERY


PetiteKnit ships worldwide. All orders are shipped from Denmark.

Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday.
Please note that during high season and sale, delivery times may be affected.

The price is calculated by weight and will be shown at checkout.

Information regarding shipping and delivery is sent in the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that if you buy knitting patterns at the same time, the digital patterns will be sent separately to your email.

DENMARK


Packages sent with GLS or PostNord to a pick-up point or home delivery have an expected delivery time of 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Packages sent with GLS or Postnord will be held at the pick-up point for 7 days after which they will be returned to us. Unclaimed packages that are returned to us are refunded with a fee deducted.
Home deliveries are attempted to be delivered at the home address one time, but if the package cannot be delivered or no one is found at the address then the package is delivered at a pick-up point. Please keep an eye on delivery updates on mail, SMS or by tracking the package here

INTERNATIONAL


Packages are shipped with PostNord and the expected delivery time is 5-10 days for countries within the EU and Norway and up to 15 days for countries outside the EU.

For packages to certain countries, it can be necessary to split the order if the total weight of the order exceeds 2 kg.

Packages sent with PostNord Tracked and PostNord MyPack Home are sent directly to your address. If the package is too large to be delivered in your mailbox and no one is found at the address, then the package will be delivered to a pick-up point. Please keep an eye on delivery updates on mail, SMS or by tracking the package here.
Packages sent with PostNord MyPack Collect are sent to a pick-up point.

PetiteKnit is VOEC registered and no additional fees will therefore be charged at delivery in Norway.

PetiteKnit is VAT registered in the United Kingdom and no additional fees will therefore be charged at delivery for orders where the total value of the order is less than £135.

For orders to all other countries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any and all additional charges at delivery, such as local tax, customs, and customs clearance.


RETURN


PHYSICAL PRODUCTS


Physical products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Notification of return must be given no more than 14 days after delivery and the return package must arrive no more than 14 days after the notice of return has been given.

Physical products bought in the period between 15th November and 24th December 2024 may be returned until 31st January 2025.

If you wish to exchange a product, please do so by placing a new order and return the original product. The money will be refunded once the product has been received.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with the return including custom clearance if the package is sent from a country outside the EU. This also applies for orders from Norway. Returns from outside the EU should be marked clearly as "Goods returned".

Return packages sent to pick-up points will not be collected.

The customer has full responsibility for the products until they have been safely delivered to us at the return address listed on this page. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

To return a product it must be unused and in the same condition as upon delivery.

If returning the entire order, a full refund is given for both the physical products and the cost of shipping. If a shipping option other than the cheapest standard shipping was selected, only the cost of the cheapest standard shipping option will be refunded.

Returns are refunded to the same payment method that was used when placing the order.

DIGITAL PATTERNS


There is no right of return or exchange for digital patterns.

If you have bought a pattern but would like it in another language, we are happy to provide you with as many translations as we have available. Please contact us at support@petiteknit.com.
